The Mission:
Forged Executive Solutions was born out of a realized necessity for a new way of building better candidates. The old ways of establishment politics at the Federal, State, and local levels are slowly eroding, returning American politics to an age of everyman politicians and true servants of the people. But these individuals do not merely blink into existence. Individuals with the determination, principles, and aptitude to serve their communities still learn and grow with new experiences, just like anyone else. That’s why Forged Executive Solutions embraces a model of candidate consulting that revolves around learning, mentorship, and regular feedback for its clients, both on the campaign trail and while in office. Our approach to everything from one-on-one coaching, data and vendor services, public relations management, and public policy research is not focused on completing a task or checking a box; it is about empowering the client with new skills and abilities that they can carry with them and use wherever their career takes them. It is not just about the present, it is about the future.

Testimonies:
Aaron was instrumental in assisting with goal-oriented strategy in my county's Battle of the Books. He was always available for consultation, offering a fresh outlook and quick-witted encouragement - especially when the fight here was contentious. He was at-the-ready with resources, just a phone call away. His clear vision and warrior spirit are unmatched in the great State of Tennessee. - P.K.
